Partner Procurement and Relationship Manager
As Partner Procurement and Relationship Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of partner relationships and procurement activities to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service supply that enables A&O IT Group to deliver international solutions. In this role you will be proactively supporting and maintaining strong relationships with partners while providing comprehensive administrative support. You will work closely with Operations and Solutions team members to manage procurement and pricing information, ensuring a seamless, one-stop-shop experience for partner engagement across the globe.
This can be remote working in the UK or Eastern Europe, with occasional travel to our Bracknell Head Office in the UK.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Educational Background: Graduate degree or equivalent related experience.
- Project Management and Procurement Experience: Proven experience in managing projects and procurement activities within a matrix-managed team, particularly across multiple countries. Familiarity with principles, methods, and techniques for the effective setup and delivery of technical projects and procurement processes.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Highly effective written and oral communicator with the ability to tailor communication to different audience requirements. Experience in influencing, negotiation, and persuading others to take specific courses of action.
- Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in maintaining compliance and administrative accuracy.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues individually or by facilitating a team.
- Technical Proficiency: Excellent computing skills and proficiency in project management software/tools.
- Proactive and Action-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to anticipate potential outcomes and take proactive steps to address them.

- Willingness to Travel: This role has a travel requirement, both within the UK and Europe.
