Project Coordinator
LOCATION: Bracknell HQ
Hybrid working - 60% office based
As Project Coordinator you will be managing multiple projects within a matrix-managed team through the full project lifecycle. Working with the Project Managers and Senior Project Managers you will assisting in the management of project budgets, resources, project plans and relationships with key stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Aid the Project Manager in project planning, scope and sign-off documentation as per ISO standards
- Manage internal and external resources globally
- Partial budgetary responsibilities to ensure all deliverables are delivered to time and within budget
- Minute project review meetings with the customer and any internal meetings
- Execute changes to project plans maintaining version control, escalating any issues
- Identify and maximise any additional project revenues from out-of-scope activities, seek cost efficiencies with service providers and partners
- Provide project status and business reports:
- Issue regular project highlight reports to show project progress versus plan
- Issue financial analysis reports to show project costs versus plan
- Issue timely forecasting reports for both resource and financials
- Maintain a comprehensive project file for each project in line with the A&O Project Management Framework
- Development of personal and company standards:
- Work with functionally manager to develop standards in line with experiences and/or industry best practices
- Continually develop individual knowledge and skills in the art of project management
Required skills:
- Experience of delivering complex projects in a matrix-managed team
- You should have experience in working on both large scale and small-scale projects and be able to manage third party relationships
- Hands on management of multiple project running simultaneously

- Proactive, action orientated and anticipates potential outcomes
- Delegating tasks, responsibilities and authorities to project admin effectively
- Proficient in the use of automated tools to assist in the project management process by automating mechanical tasks such as scheduling, resource balancing and time recording, e.g. Microsoft Excel and Project
- Experienced in effective problem-solving techniques with ability to resolve individually or through facilitating a team of appropriate experts
