Business Development and Account Manager - IT Services
You will be responsible for expanding the business, through named accounts and strong account management with large SI's, via direct and indirect channels to global clients. The role requires development of their own strategic customer base. You will partner with the Solutions team to offer innovative solutions to support targeted business growth. Critically this role is responsible for leading, developing, supporting and inspiring sales globally.
This role is to define and implement account/sale plans that develop and grow new and existing client relationships and opportunities for A&O IT service offerings, in order to secure profitable expansion to lines of business across specific key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and exceed expectations for the IT Services across India.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Sales Process Management: Implement and oversee a structured sales process to ensure efficient lead generation, qualification, and closure.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiation: Successfully negotiate contracts and pricing terms with customers to maximize revenue and profitability.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the IT services industry, specifically with large SI's
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the IT services market and selling IT Services
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours and adjust schedules to accommodate clients and willing to travel across India
- Fluency in English and local languages
