Global HR Advisor
Our ideal Global HR Advisor is a proactive, approachable HR professional who communicates clearly, supports employees with empathy, and provides reliable guidance rooted in strong HR knowledge. They handle sensitive issues with discretion, stay organised in a fast-paced environment, and build trusted relationships across the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support employee lifecycle stages, including onboarding, assimilation, background verification and offboarding
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including internal communications, team interactions, employee pulse surveys, and addressing employee concerns
Assist with global payroll, including ensuring that employee hours are accurately recorded
Keeping the HR system updated regularly
Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely manner
Ensure ongoing compliance with payroll regulations and reporting requirements
Contribute to developing and revising HR policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits
Ensure HR practices comply with internal policies and external legal requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation. Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations, and Code of Conduct
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics and trends
Maintain personnel records, including updating employee information and processing new hires, terminations, and other changes
Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrolling employees in benefits plans and answering questions about benefits coverage
Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on company policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
4–6 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within IT / Tech organizations
Prior experience working in multinational companies (MNCs) is an added advantage
Educational background: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant HR certifications
Technical proficiency in HRIS tools and strong skills in Microsoft Office and other productivity platforms
Demonstrates high integrity, strong ethics, and the ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including drafting policies and explaining complex HR matters clearly
Proven conflict resolution abilities with experience mediating workplace issues professionally and fairly
Adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and stays composed and solution oriented during change
