Network Delivery Manager - Cisco Multi-Site and Nexus Dashboard Orchestrator
Full time on-site office based role in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, or Chennai office.
Work will support ether USA or EU timezones
The Network Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery, operations, and continual improvement of enterprise network services. This role manages a team of network engineers, administrators, and security experts, ensuring robust, secure, and high-performing network infrastructure across Wireless, DNAC, LAN, WAN, and pharma domains. The manager drives operational excellence, client engagement, and cost optimization, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Site/Multi-Pod: Extensive, hands-on experience designing and managing Cisco Multi-Site and Nexus Dashboard Orchestrator (NDO) deployments.
Protocols: Expert knowledge of the underlying technologies: VXLAN, BGP EVPN, and associated data plane forwarding within ACI.
Security Integration: Proven experience with Cisco ISE integration, TrustSec, and implementing micro-segmentation policies using ACI contracts.
Automation: Mandatory proficiency in network automation using Python/Ansible specifically for interacting with the ACI REST API.
L4-L7 Services: Expert-level knowledge of integrating physical and virtual L4-L7 services via ACI service graphs (e.g., F5/Citrix Load Balancers).
ADC Platforms: Expert-level knowledge of at least one major enterprise ADC platform (F5, Citrix, or similar), including advanced modules like WAF, APM, and GSLB.
Protocols: Mastery of Layer 4-7 protocols, including TCP/IP, HTTP/2, SSL/TLS (ciphers, handshakes, certificate management), and advanced DNS.
iRules/TCL: Mandatory expertise in writing, debugging, and optimizing complex iRules.
F5 Modules: Expert-level, hands-on knowledge across LTM, GTM/DNS, ASM, and APM.
Automation: Mandatory proficiency in Ansible, Terraform, and Python for scripting against the iControl REST API.
Networking: Deep understanding of Layer 4-7 protocols, BGP/dynamic routing, DNS, and advanced SSL/TLS offloading concepts.
Ensure operational hygiene: proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and compliance with ITIL processes.
Oversee capacity planning, reporting, and disaster recovery for network infrastructure.
Required Skills & Experience
Professional level English langue skills
8+ years in network delivery/operations, with hands-on experience in Cisco, AWS & Azure network, Riverbed and other enterprise network technologies.
Strong expertise in routing & switching (Cisco ACI, Cisco Wifi, Cisco Meraki, Cisco SDN, Cloud Networking, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VLANs), VPNs, load balancers, and network security concepts.
Experience with network monitoring tools (Solarwinds, Zenoss), capacity planning, and reporting.
Proven track record in managing network incidents, troubleshooting, and escalation management.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
