Network Delivery Manager - Cisco Wireless, DNAC, LAN, WAN, Routing & Switching
Full time on-site office based role in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, or Chennai office.
Work will support ether USA or EU time zones
The Network Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery, operations, and continual improvement of enterprise network services. This role manages a team of network engineers, administrators, and security experts, ensuring robust, secure, and high-performing network infrastructure across Wireless, DNAC, LAN, WAN, and pharma domains. The manager drives operational excellence, client engagement, and cost optimization, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage delivery of network services (Wireless, DNAC, LAN, WAN, Routing & Switching).
Wireless Standards: Expert-level knowledge of RF propagation, antenna theory, complex RF interference mitigation, and all major 802.11 standards (Wi-Fi 5, 6, 6E, and 7).
WLAN Platforms: Mastery of two or more major enterprise wireless platforms (e.g., Cisco WLC/DNAC, Aruba Mobility Controllers/ClearPass/Central).
Network Security: Deep hands-on experience with NAC/802.1x (RADIUS/TACACS+), EAP types, certificate-based authentication, and guest access solutions.
Tools: Expertise in wireless survey tools and network monitoring/assurance platforms (e.g., DNAC Assurance, Splunk).
Cisco DNAC Mastery: Expert-level, hands-on experience with DNAC deployment, Assurance, Automation, and Policy modules.
Drive transformation initiatives (automation, cloud networking, SDN, SD WAN, network monitoring improvements).
Ensure operational hygiene: proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and compliance with ITIL processes.
Oversee capacity planning, reporting, and disaster recovery for network infrastructure.
Required Skills & Experience
Professional level English langue skills
8+ years in network delivery/operations, with hands-on experience in Cisco, AWS & Azure network, Riverbed and other enterprise network technologies.
Strong expertise in routing & switching (Cisco ACI, Cisco Wifi, Cisco Meraki, Cisco SDN, Cloud Networking, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VLANs), VPNs, load balancers, and network security concepts.
Experience with network monitoring tools (Solarwinds, Zenoss), capacity planning, and reporting.
Proven track record in managing network incidents, troubleshooting, and escalation management.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Certifications: CCNP, CCIE, ITIL. Experience in managing delivery for regulated environments and compliance-driven industries.
