HR Administrator
Join our international People team as an HR Administrator, supporting employees and managers across multiple countries. We're looking for a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills and around 3 years of HR administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and HR documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
Coordinate recruitment administration, including interview scheduling and candidate communications.
Provide first-line support for employee queries.
Assist with payroll, benefits, leave administration, and HR reporting.
Support global HR projects, compliance activities, and policy administration.
Manage People team inboxes and ensure timely follow-up on requests.
Hours are 11:30am - 8:30pm IST to cover UK office hours
About You
Around 3 years' experience in HR administration or HR operations.
Exceptional organisational and administrative skills with a strong attention to detail.
Experience working with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong written and verbal English language communication skills.
Comfortable handling confidential information and managing multiple priorities.
Experience supporting an international workforce or global HR processes would be an advantage.
